Effingham Public Library is pleased to welcome Stang ART instructors: Hailey Bear, Kevin Deadmond, Jamie Stang Ellis, Dannielle Harden, Haley & Megan Meyer, Emily Petty and Amber Wehrle.
Located at 112 West Washington St. in Effingham, Stang ARTs opened in 2010. Stang ARTs strives to be the place where people can relax, have fun and grow their creativity with talented teachers.
